“ Walking along and saw the Chalk drawing Bar upstairs. Followed the steps up to find a fun friendly bartender. The views from the Landing are amazing. The drinks were delicious. It was Sunday Funday and we opted for shot of the day. This shot was named stay-cation, but tasted like an island dream. Coconut rum and delicious juices made for a very happy stay. Full bar, beers, wines. Nice selection of specialty drinks. ”

“ Nice location. Open, so needs good weather which you get most of the time in florida. One bathroom gets crowded, so be prepared to wait in line. Dj one night was awesome playing old hits! Bartenders are nice mostly. Don’t like that smoking is allowed ”

“ What can i say about this place. It is near and dear to me and my girlfriend's hearts. We come here everytime we're in St. Pete. What a great atmosphere. The drinks aren't too expenisve and the same servers have been here for quite some time now and they're all nice and professional. I love the breeze that this place gets from the bay. This is one of the few bars that gets people of all ages, races, and backgrounds. Live music and livelier atmosphere. I recommend it anyone looking to enjoy their evening. ”

“ I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The music and drinks were great and the vibe was excellent. I really want to brag on the security team though! Early into our evening, one of the female employees (I believe she is part of the security team) came up to me and my friend (also female) and told us that if at any point in the night someone was making us feel uncomfortable (ie a drunk guy who doesn’t want to take No for an answer or can’t read the room) to simply give her “the look” and she would come over and help. She told this to every woman that was at the bar as they came in. Ladies you know “the look.” It’s the “HELP. Get this guy away from me” look that we have to give our friends when someone just won’t go away. I just thought it was awesome that they look out for their female patrons like that. I’ve never been to the bar that actually cared about my safety and took steps to prevent those forced, uncomfortable interactions. At some point in the night there was a guy who clearly had too much to drink and wouldn’t leave me and my friend alone even after we walked away and told him to have a good night. Another security guard (super tall gentleman), walked to a spot close to me and discreetly said “Just say when and I’ll get him away from you if you need me to.” Sure enough the drunk guy started getting to close and the tall guard and another security guard stepped in. They just asked the guy to step over to another area. Nothing crazy. Guy got angry and they ended up having to ask him to leave and escorted him out. The whole team was just super attentive and made sure everyone had a safe, enjoyable experience. It really meant a lot to me that womens safety is so important to them. (I wish the local bars where I’m from were this way). Add that to the top notch DJ and excellent bartenders, this place just made my weekend. Can’t wait to go back. ”
